Summer is almost here, and the last few months after the holidays have been so busy for us! We had a fantastic last quarter that included an office/home move, quite a few shows and performances, a couple of conferences, a couple of TV commercials, a little travel, some motivational presentations, and the launch of our first product for fellow magicians! We are in the process of booking some great events for the rest of 2006. Please read on to find out more about what we've been magically up to.

Jason Palter, "2005 Entertainer of the Year" Nominee
For the third year in a row, Mystivate's Jason Palter was nominated as "Entertainer of the Year" for 2005 by the CEIA (Canadian Events Industry Awards). It is a tremendous honor to be nominated and we know that he will magically win one of these years! The CEIA is a national award program that recognizes outstanding achievements for special events in Canada. Although we are now in 2006, the award is always calculated by scrutinizing the previous year's work. We congratulate all of the other nominees and the winners in the various categories!

Montreal Tradeshow
Jason spent two days in Montreal for the GFOA (Government Finance Officers Association), performing magic at Kronos' trade show booth. The mostly American clientele were mystivated by the magic that included some tricks that were custom tailored to the Kronos brand, and some magic trick "giveaways" with the client's messaging emblazoned on them. Paltergeist Unlimited
We are very excited to announce that Jason's first product, sold under the "Paltergeist Unlimited" brand, was released in early May. This new company was set up to sell some of the tricks, illusions and routines that Jason has created. The tricks will be sold to a select audience--namely other amateur and professional magicians in various magic shops around the world. The first trick, Third Degree Burn, is now available and a video of it can be viewed at www.paltergeist.com. The second trick, Divine Time will be released in next few days, following the success of the debut item. This is a new line of business for Jason, and he is so pleased with the numerous positive reviews that the initial product has been receiving!
